As our official Heads of Happiness, Percy and Bella play an important part in the office ensuring a welcoming and positive atmosphere for both clients and staff.
Percy can usually be found in a sunny spot by the front door, ready to greet clients with a friendly tail wag. His cheerful presence helps set a warm and reassuring tone for everyone who visits.
Bella prefers a quieter role, often spending her time in the back office. She enjoys checking in on staff throughout the day, bringing calm and comfort wherever she goes.
Together, Percy and Bella remind us all of the importance of balance, wellbeing, and a warm welcome.
