You will play a vital role in assisting clients with the purchase and sale of residential properties, providing expert legal advice and ensuring smooth transactions from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: • Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgage, and leasehold transactions. • Providing clear and professional legal advice to clients, ensuring they are informed at every stage of the process. • Conducting legal research, preparing and reviewing contracts, and liaising with clients, estate agents, and other professionals. • Reviewing title deeds, searches, and mortgage documentation, and advising clients on any potential risks or issues. • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and procedures to ensure smooth and timely transactions. • Managing client expectations and delivering excellent customer service throughout the process. • Maintaining accurate records of all transactions and ensuring all documentation is completed correctly. Key Skills and Experience: • Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer, with at least 2 years experience in residential conveyancing. • Strong knowledge of property law, including sales, purchases, remortgage, and leasehold transactions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in a clear and understandable way. • Ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines while providing excellent client care. • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. • A team player who is also able to work independently and take initiative.
