I started working at Clowes & Co Solicitors in February 2018 as a receptionist. Since then I have gained a lot of knowledge on all aspects of the work that we carry out, in particular the conveyancing process and so I worked alongside the conveyancing team as a conveyancing assistant.

In June 2021 I became the Client Services Manager. My main role is to be the first point of contact for clients, dealing with quotes and initial client queries. I am also here to liaise with any unsatisfied clients to resolve any issues as quickly and as efficiently as possible.

I am also responsible for supervising the support staff and working closely with the Office Manager ensuring the smooth running of the office.

When I am not at work I enjoy spending time with my husband, 2 children and the dog, going for walks in the beautiful Staffordshire countryside. I also really enjoy baking and am known for knocking up a mean Victoria sponge.
