How much do our probate and conveyancing services cost?
Residential conveyancing starts from £850 plus VAT and disbursements, and a straightforward remortgage is a fixed fee of £750 plus VAT. A straightforward, uncontested probate matter typically costs between £2,500 and £4,000 plus VAT. Full pricing, worked examples and disbursements for each service are below.
